What is a good time?

After practicing regular Transcendental Meditation for some time, many people experience a desire for even more. The first step is to attend a deepening weekend. The experience of the weekend gives you the desire to integrate it into your daily life. That is the time to see when the next Advanced Techniques course will take place.

"With my first Advanced Technique, I noticed that I was much better able to integrate what I felt inside with my surroundings. My perception was much more refined and much more unified. There was a great experience of oneness."
