How the individual course fits after a workplace programme

Whether you met TM through a company talk, a short pilot, or simply want to start on your own, the individual course works the same way: four sessions of personal instruction with a certified teacher, at one of TM Nederland's 12 centres nationwide. No employer sign-off or group is needed — you can book it entirely independently.

TM Nederland is taught by a registered non-profit foundation, with course fees set on an income-based, transparent scale rather than a standard commercial rate, so it stays accessible whether or not an employer contributes.
