When the term "trademark" is used on this website, it refers to trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress.
Trademark rights are territorial in nature. This means that each country has its own laws about which trademarks are protected, how they should be used, and how notice should be given. On this website, we use the asterisk (*) after the first use of a term to indicate that the term is owned, licensed, or used as a trademark by Maharishi Foundation.
